Jesus has been in the flooring industry since a very young age, he started as a helper and worked his way up to project manager for a local Arkansas company. Then he realized he loved flooring all of the aspects of it from the beginning to the finished product, seeing this brought him joy. Which is when he decided to venture off on his own with the help of his brother who is now the vice president of JA Flooring.

Alvaro Romero Vice President

Alvaro has been with JA Flooring and more since it was established in 2013, Alvaro loves the technical aspects of flooring, he learned to read blueprints, plans and contracts learning all of the verbiage ins and outs of it all. He is JA Floorings tech guru.

Maria Romero Sales and Bid Estimator

Maria Romero has been with JA Flooring since 2015, Maria joined the team as a runner then after working hard and learning the ropes she was promoted to Sales and Bid Estimator, Maria enjoys working closely with clients to ensure they are 100% satisfied with flooring choices, putting colors together and helping their clients absolutely love their end results.

Jonathan Rosales Project Manager & Bidder

Jonathan has been with JA Flooring since 2018, he started as a helper to the flooring guru’s as he learned the trade and learned to install all different types of flooring he grew to becoming a Project Manager he enjoys interacting with customers and Superintendents about project details and overall installation. Jonathan is now learning the bidding and estimating aspects of the flooring industry.
